Meet the new Calendly

Calendly has a refreshed look and updated navigation designed to help you find the tools and settings you use most more easily.

While some features have moved or been renamed, your existing settings, automations, and scheduling setup will remain the same. This guide walks through the updated experience and helps you find commonly used tools and settings.

During the rollout, eligible users will see an option to switch to the new experience immediately or be updated automatically after 7 days.


Profile menu

Your profile picture and menu are now located in the top-left corner of the screen.

Select your profile picture or name to open the Profile menu, where you can access:

  • Profile
  • My landing page
  • Analytics
  • Integrations & apps
  • Log out

Some items that were previously located here are now available in the new Settings experience. See the Settings section below.


Scheduling

Scheduling is still your main place for managing event types and booking options.

The Scheduling page now includes the following tabs:

  • Event types
  • Single-use links
  • Meeting polls
  • Availability
  • Routing forms

Availability and Routing forms have moved into the Scheduling page.


Calendar

The Meetings page is now called Calendar.

The page works the same as before. Only the name has changed.

You can still manage your scheduled meetings from the Calendar page.


Notetaker

Recaps is now called Notetaker.

The page works the same as before. Only the name has changed.

Your meeting notes and recordings are still available from the Notetaker page.


Contacts

The Contacts page has not changed in this refresh.

You can still use Contacts to manage and view your saved contacts in the same place.


Payments

Sell is now called Payments.

The page works the same as before. Only the name has changed.

You can still manage offerings and transactions from the Payments page.


Automations

Workflows is now called Automations.

Your existing automations are still available in the Automations page.

The Automations page now includes:

  • My automations
  • Admin-managed automations
  • Integrations & apps

Integrations & apps has moved into the Automations page.


Settings

Settings and admin tools are now organized in one place.

Select Settings from the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the new Settings experience.

The new Settings experience includes:

  • Profile (General, Login)
  • Calendar (Calendar, Availability, Advanced)
  • Branding
  • My Link
  • Notifications
  • Privacy (Booking, Blocked people, Cookies)
  • AI (Callie, Notetaker)
  • Contacts 
  • Admin settings (see Admin settings below)

Some settings that were previously located in different parts of Calendly are now available in the new Settings experience.


Admin settings

Admin and organization tools are now located inside the Settings experience.

Select Settings from the bottom-left corner of the screen, then use the Admin section to access:

  • Workspace
  • Dashboard
  • People (Active users, Pending users, Migrating users, Groups, Event type permissions, Workflows permissions, Invitation permissions)
  • Access (Domain control, Single sign on, User provisioning, Activity log)
  • Security (Data, Privacy)
  • Billing
  • Managed events

Some admin and organization tools that were previously located in different parts of Calendly are now available in the Admin section of the Settings experience.


Help

Help resources are now located under the ? icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

From the Help menu, you can access:

  • Help center
  • Calendly Community
  • Chat with us
  • Get started guide
  • Give feedback

Frequently asked questions

No. Once your account switches to the refreshed experience, you will continue using the updated experience moving forward.

During the rollout, eligible users can switch to the new experience immediately or be updated automatically after 7 days.
